In order to fully comply with the Government’s regulations clients must provide the following items:

• Articles of Incorporation, or official corporate documents.  These documents must indicate the current authorized singing officers for the corporation.
  
  
• An official company letter signed by its current directors stating that the director who transacts with Bendix Foreign Exchange has all rights to transact business on behalf of the corporation.
  
  
• An official corporate letter signed by the directors stating what the nature of business is of the transacting company. 
  
  
• A copy of photo identification and proof of residence for the signing officer(s) and person(s) transacting on company’s behalf with Bendix FX. The original photocopies of ID and proof of residence should be resented in person to our offices or shown to our drivers.
